Integration guide
Import your Generic CSV data into OpenFolio
Import a standard trade CSV when your broker is not listed directly.
Export
How to export your data from Generic CSV
- Open your broker or portfolio platform.
- Find the trades, orders, activity or transaction export area.
- Set the date range you want to export.
- Download the trade history as a CSV file.
- Check the file includes ticker, date, side, quantity, price and currency columns.
Steps are a guide; exact menu labels may change. Check Generic CSV's current help docs if a label has moved.
Import
How to import it into OpenFolio
- Sign in to OpenFolio.
- Go to Portfolio, then Shares.
- Choose Import trade CSV.
- Select Generic CSV.
